ChromStar 7 combines a clear, graphical workspace with deep configurability — so routine batches, method development, and regulated workflows can share one environment without slowing anyone down. Beyond acquisition and powerful evaluation tools, it drives pumps, autosamplers, UV/Vis and RI detectors, PDA detectors, column ovens, and valves from a single coherent stack.

When your quality system demands traceability, ChromStar 7 supports GLP-oriented operation: data can be routed to a central server, edited only where permissions allow, and key actions are recorded for review.

Amino Acid Analysis plugin

Optional add-on that runs inside ChromStar 7 — no separate application. Automates chromatogram processing from acquisition through reported concentrations: peak detection, amino acid assignment, and quantification to your calibration strategy. Physiological profiles, hydrolysates, and custom panels; comparison overlays and user-defined standard libraries for batch-to-batch consistency. Optimised alongside the S 433 amino acid analyser and the broader Sykam LC stack.

PrepCon is built specifically for preparative chromatography: a modular architecture that stays adaptable as your purification routes evolve. You can interrupt and reshape a run without starting from scratch — ideal when you need to fine-tune methods for challenging compounds or changing sample loads.

Peak-triggered fraction collection, flexible gradient programming, and tight integration with the S 1525 preparative pump and S 6000 valve family make PrepCon the operational hub for scale-up and isolation. It is especially suited to demanding workflows in clinical and regulated preparative environments.
